Experienced Senior Mechanical Plant Maintenance Technician/ Supervisor required for a site based Utility/ Energy company located in East Anglia - South Lincs/ North Cambs.

Our client is a leading provider of operations and maintenance services to the utility sector in the UK; they currently have a vacancy for a Senior Mechanical Technician in the East Anglia region, to be responsible for the Mechanical systems that the company operates and maintains on site. Typically this would include various machinery including; Steam Generation plant, Air Compressors, Water Treatment Plant, Cooling Towers, Refrigeration, Effluent, Electrical and infrastructure maintenance.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for managing a small team of technicians that will carry out operations and maintenance of the site utility systems. You will prepare method statements, risk assessments, and permits to work and interface with the client and their technical staff with professionalism on a regular basis. Good financial awareness, with the ability to manage the day-to-day finances of the site and be IT literate.

The package on offer to the successful applicant is worth a salary in the region of £29,000 + good benefits package.
