Nights Production Manager

£30,000 – 32,000 + benefits

An opportunity has arisen with a leading food manufacturer for an ambitious and driven production manager who is ready to advance their career within production. You will have the drive and desire to really make a difference through motivating and leading the team to deliver daily and weekly production targets. These will also be hit and improved through your knowledge and application of lean manufacturing techniques.

With a successful career to date within the food industry you will be looking for the opportunity to prove yourself within an FMCG environment whilst also having an eye for detail and delivering the product right first time.

The Main duties in this role will consist of:

•Proactively managing the team to meet production plans
•Raising cultural and behavioural values within the team
•Deliver continuous improvement projects
•Ensure optimum customer service levels at all times
•Ensure safe working practices are maintained and adhered to
